About Climate Voucher
These vouchers are part of the enhanced Climate Friendly Households Programme (CFHP) launched by the National Environment Agency (NEA) and PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency. The $300 Climate Vouchers can be used to purchase energy-efficient household products such as DC Ceiling Fan at Sembawang Lighting House. Each household is eligible to only 1 set of climate voucher worth $300.
From 15 April 2024, HDB households can claim their Climate Vouchers by logging on to RedeemSG (go.gov.sg/cv-claim) with their Singpass account. Simply present the voucher and proof of address at our retail store. (Online purchases and installation service are not eligible for climate voucher use) .
By switching to more efficient appliances and fittings, households can reduce their energy and/or water consumption, lower their utility bills, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and play their part in slowing down climate change.

1) What products are eligible for Climate Voucher?
You can purchase DC ceiling fans and selected LED bulbs at our shop by using your climate voucher. The voucher can be used for eligible products. Eligible products are marked with the Climate voucher sticker in store. Our staff can advise you when you are here.
2) I have decided to purchase. How to use the Climate Voucher?
Tap on the unique SMS link given for the climate voucher. Choose the amount you want to spend and show the cashier the QR code in your phone. The Cashier will scan the QR code and advice if the transaction have gone through or not.
We are unable to do the transaction via WhatsApp, over the phone and over email. The voucher can only be used in store. The voucher cannot be scanned online. You will have to come in store and scan the voucher.
Also, you have to show proof of address. The address displayed in the voucher must be the same as your proof (e.g. NRIC, SP services bill).
3) Can I combine multiple climate voucher for a single transaction?
No. Only 1 climate voucher can be used for a single purchase. e.g. For an eligible product of $500, you can use the $300 voucher and $200 to be paid in cash, nets or Paynow. Multiple voucher across different households cannot be combined in a single transaction.
4) Can I request for an exchange or refund for the product I purchased using the Climate Voucher?
All products purchased with the Climate Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We are unable to change the size or color even though they might be the same price. We are unable to refund the voucher into cash as well.
Please ensure that the products you are purchasing with the Climate Vouchers are suitable for your household before proceeding with the purchase.
5) Can I use the climate voucher to pay for installation service or delivery service?
No. Climate voucher can only be used for eligible products under the Climate Friendly Households Programme (CFHP). Climate voucher cannot be used to pay for services.
6) Do I have to spend all the voucher at one go?
No. The vouchers are available in denominations of $2,$5,$10, and $5. You can use any amount and permutation within $300. For example, you can use $200 to purchase a DC ceiling fan and keep $100 for a future purchase.
7) Do I get back change?
There is no change given. For instance, if the eligible product is $299, you are advised to use $290 in voucher and $9 in cash and you keep a $10 balance. We are unable to give back the change of $1 if you use $300 voucher for a $299 eligible product purchase.
